Jim Oser is a great technician for both Mac and PC. I can say that this is truly rare. I have searched the Internet ad nauseam looking for qualified Mac and PC techs, mostly to my disappointment. That’s right, Jim Oser is the computer expert. Searching high and low for the past several years for the right person to handle my Mac and PC needs, I finally came upon the right man.

My home office has the complexity of a small business when it comes to my technology needs. I needed someone who could navigate through the myriad of cables, connections, and I.P. addresses, and make everything harmonious. Jim did what the last 3 “experts” couldn’t do, and understood every aspect of the job. Jim had to deal with multiple wireless base stations, VPN connections to off-site corporate office, multiple personal Powerbook laptops, Desktop iMac, External storage
devices, back-up systems, and network printing, and make them all work together.

Needless to say, Jim not only knew his stuff, he went the extra mile to make sure it all was up and running properly before he left. All work done was well documented, including a diagram of my entire network including all I.P. addresses. Jim Oser is a patient, methodical computer consultant.  I needed to connect my older computer and wireless router with a new wireless router that provided reach throughout my entire home office.  Jim worked patiently to connect this all together and then went upstairs and linked my son's Xbox wirelessly to the network.  We had been trying to do all this on our own for a month.  Jim did it in two hours.
